## Ingredients
### For the Crepes:
* **1 cup all-purpose flour**
* **2 large eggs**
* **1 1/2 cups milk**
* **2 tbsp melted butter**
* **1 tbsp sugar**
* **1 tsp vanilla extract**
* **Pinch of salt**
### For the Nutella Cream Filling:
* **1/2 cup Nutella** (or other hazelnut spread)
* **1/2 cup heavy cream**
* **1/2 tsp vanilla extract**
* **1 tbsp powdered sugar** (optional, for added sweetness)
### For Garnish (optional):
* **Powdered sugar** (for dusting)
* **Fresh berries** (such as strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries)
* **Whipped cream**
* **Chopped hazelnuts or chocolate shavings**
## Instructions
### Step 1: Make the Crepe Batter
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the **flour**, **eggs**, **milk**, **melted butter**, **sugar**, **vanilla extract**, and a **pinch of salt**. Mix until the batter is smooth and free of lumps. The batter should have a thin consistency, similar to heavy cream. If it seems too thick, you can add a bit more milk, one tablespoon at a time, until it reaches the right consistency.
### Step 2: Cook the Crepes
Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, lightly grease the pan with a small amount of butter or oil. Pour about 1/4 cup of crepe batter into the center of the pan. Quickly tilt and swirl the pan to spread the batter into a thin, even layer across the bottom.
Cook the crepe for about 1-2 minutes, or until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly golden. Carefully flip the crepe using a spatula and cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute on the other side. Transfer the cooked crepe to a plate and cover it with a clean kitchen towel to keep warm.
Repeat this process with the remaining batter, stacking the cooked crepes on top of each other.
