β 1 red bell pepper, sliced
β 1 green bell pepper, sliced
β 1 small onion, sliced
β 3 cloves garlic, minced
β 1/4 cup soy sauce
β 1 tbsp cornstarch
β 2 tbsp brown sugar
β 1/2 cup beef broth
β 2 tbsp vegetable oil
β 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
β Optional: 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
