This dish combines juicy, tender pieces of chicken with a rich, creamy garlic parmesan sauce that is to die for. It’s comforting, flavorful, and perfect for a weeknight dinner or a special occasion. Plus, it’s incredibly easy to make, which is always a bonus!
Ingredients:
- 1 pound chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Optional: A sprinkle of red pepper flakes for some heat
Instructions:
- Prep the Chicken: Start by cutting your chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Season them with salt and pepper to taste.
