My hubby simply can’t get enough of this one! I like to call it “Hubby Addiction”

Instructions

  1. Sear the Chicken
Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, lower heat and add butter. Once melted, sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in heavy cream, parmesan cheese, cream cheese (if using), and paprika. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Combine Everything
Return chicken to the pan and toss to coat in the sauce. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes to soak up all that flavor.
  4. Serve It Up
Serve over roasted potatoes or pasta, and spoon extra sauce on top. Garnish with chopped parsley, and prepare yourself for compliments.

Why It’s “Hubby Addiction” Worthy

  • Full of bold flavor from garlic, parmesan, and herbs.
  • Comforting and rich without being overly heavy.
  • Quick enough for a weeknight but fancy enough for date night.
  • Versatile — serve it with veggies, pasta, rice, or whatever your heart (or husband) desires.

Final Thoughts

Sometimes, a recipe becomes more than just a meal — it becomes a tradition. That’s exactly what “Hubby Addiction” has become in our home: the meal my husband asks for after a long day, the dish that gets a wink across the table, and the one that’s always worth making again.

So go ahead — give it a try. Just don’t be surprised when someone at your table asks for seconds… and thirds.
