* Optional: ¼ cup sour cream or cream cheese for a creamier sauce

### Optional Toppings:

* Sour cream
* Guacamole or avocado slices
* Chopped cilantro
* Sliced jalapeños
* Diced tomatoes

## 👨‍🍳 Instructions

In a skillet, cook the ground beef or protein of choice with chopped onion until browned. Drain excess fat, add taco seasoning and a splash of water. Simmer for 2–3 minutes. Stir in beans and rice if using.

### 2. Assemble the Burritos

Spoon the filling into each tortilla and sprinkle with cheese. Roll tightly and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.

### 3. Make It “Wet”

Pour the enchilada sauce evenly over the burritos. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

### 4. Bake

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake another 10–15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
