  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

  2. In a large skillet or oven-safe pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken, skin-side down, and sear for about 5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
