Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. beef (ribeye or flank steak, thinly sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 pack of slider buns (12 count)
  • 8 oz. provolone cheese (sliced, or shredded for more coverage)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Beef and Onions

  • In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the thinly sliced onions to the skillet, and sauté until they become soft and caramelized, about 8-10 minutes. Stir occasionally to ensure they don’t burn. Remove the onions from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the sliced beef and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
